Information we collect

Eventberry collects information needed to create workspaces, authenticate users, operate public event experiences, process transactions, and support event-day workflows.

Account and workspace information such as names, email addresses, organization details, and role assignments
Event content and operational data such as websites, agenda structure, registration records, speaker data, sponsor data, and attendee preferences
Commerce, billing, and integration data needed for payments, receipts, refunds, email delivery, domain setup, and related platform operations
Technical and diagnostic data such as request metadata, logs, device information, and runtime error records used for reliability and abuse prevention

How we use information

Eventberry uses collected information to deliver the service, secure workspaces, operate event experiences, support customers, and improve platform reliability.

Provision and manage workspaces, user access, and tenant subdomains
Operate registration, attendee, speaker, sponsor, and onsite workflows
Process billing events, payments, receipts, and account administration
Send transactional communications and event-related notifications
Detect abuse, investigate incidents, and maintain platform security

When we share information

Eventberry does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when needed to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations.

With service providers that support hosting, payments, transactional email, analytics, customer support, or related infrastructure
At the direction of the workspace owner or organizer when they configure public event experiences, exports, integrations, or stakeholder access
When required to comply with law, enforce platform rules, protect safety, or respond to valid legal process
In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer involving Eventberry, subject to appropriate safeguards

Retention and security

Eventberry retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain required records, preserve event archives, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Workspace customers control much of the data they add to the service. Individual users may also have rights to access, update, or delete certain personal information depending on applicable law.

Use organizer or support channels to request correction or deletion where required
Manage certain communication preferences through event or account settings
