Accounts and access

You may use Eventberry only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite into their tenant and for the permissions they grant.

Keep account credentials secure and do not share them improperly
Provide accurate registration, billing, and organizational information
Use the service only for lawful event-related purposes

Customer content and event operations

Workspace customers retain responsibility for the content, registrations, communications, and operational decisions they manage through Eventberry.

You represent that you have the rights required to upload content, process attendee data, and operate public event experiences through the platform.

Billing and launch

Eventberry follows a launch-triggered commercial model. Workspace creation and draft-event planning may be free, but billing obligations begin when an event is launched or otherwise made public under the applicable plan or commercial terms.

You are responsible for fees, taxes, payment method accuracy, and related charges tied to your account
Failure to pay may result in degraded access, suspension, or collection activity where permitted

Acceptable use

You may not use Eventberry to violate law, interfere with the platform, compromise security, or distribute harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.

No unauthorized access, scraping, probing, or abuse of tenant boundaries
No malware, fraudulent registrations, abusive communications, or spam
No misuse of attendee, speaker, sponsor, or payment data

Suspension and termination

Eventberry may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, prevent harm, or enforce these Terms. Customers may stop using the service subject to outstanding obligations and retention requirements.

Disclaimers and liability

Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Eventberry is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventberry disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Eventberry's aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service will not exceed the amounts paid to Eventberry for the applicable service period giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to the service or terms

Eventberry may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
